 The Geoscience Club of Pau

The Club unites Geosciences role players in Pau

It is open to organisations and individuals alike: companies, research departments, academia, professionals and students.
Its aim is to reinforce ties between organisations and persons, to promote the creation of projects and locating and to extend a welcome hand.
The Geoscience Club was born of a joint initiative between the Chamber of Commerce and of Industry Pau-Béarn and the Hélioparc Technopole.  It received backing from the Regional Council of Aquitaine, the General Council of the Pyrénées Atlantiques, the Pau conurbation and the Avenia Energy & Environment hub.

The path to the geosciences is often one for the passionate. The Geoscience Club enables them to meet and exchange on their professions and projects, whether personal or professional. These exchanges develop out of the wealth that is based on sound knowledge of the resources available around us. The Geoscience Club promotes forging relations and facilitates meeting to discuss topics put forward by its role players.

This wealth of well –identified resources naturally gives rise to the creation of projects and forms a pole of attraction, just as facilities for setting up location, and the quality of life at the foot of the Pyrenees, near the ocean.
